Competition

Hacktober was a CTF challenge around Halloween, I discovered it on CTFTime and invited a few friends to joing me. It ended up being a really nice competition and we got to explore various new things like Volatility, a tool to examine images and discover information about malicious processes. Besides just having fun, we ended up doing really good as well, for a while we were in the top 10 out of more than 1000 participating teams. Eventually we scored 39th place, which was quite the victory for us.
